CASA of Eastern Kentucky - A program of Judi’s Place for Kids
When a child is placed in the state’s care because of evidence of abuse or neglect, a judge can appoint a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) to speak up for the child’s best interest by learning everything about the child’s situation.
CASA of Eastern Kentucky exists to promote and protect the best interest of children who have been abused or neglected, by training volunteers to advocate for them in courts, in schools, and in our community to help them find safe, permanent, and loving homes.
When children are hurt by those who are supposed to protect them, CASA stands up to ensure that their voices are heard! CASA of Eastern Kentucky trains committed volunteers – from all walks of life – to advocate for the best interest of children in the family court system due to abuse, neglect, or dependency.
CASA of Eastern Kentucky is currently serving Pike and Floyd Counties. Learn more about CASA of Eastern of Kentucky and ways that you can get involved!
